He immediately gets a desire to defend her from her apparent pursuers. She claims to be a Magician with Perfect Memory, who has memorized 103,000 Grimoires. One day he finds a girl named Index Librorum Prohibitorum on his balcony. He possesses Imagine Breaker a power residing in his right hand which negates all supernatural phenomena, whether Magical or Scientific in nature. Kamijou Touma is a Level 0 who will fight to protect those in danger in spite of his extremely bad luck. Academy City is the head of the Science Side, a city in Tokyo, mostly populated by students Espers ranging in power Level from 0 to 5.
